GREAT FOR COUPLES

I did this game w/ couples. Each couple was a team. It was fun to see who got the most answers correct with 3 different generations of couples! I was surprised that the winner was NOT the oldest!
Hard but Fun!

This game is harder than it looks and even in teams with players of mixed ages it took awhile and no one got close to all the answers. It also lead to some fun toy memories for many.

People really enjoyed the game. After it was over there was a lot of fun discussion about the different toys and the memories the guests had about them. There was a lot of laughter.
Good time had by all!

Great game and brand new to all 130 something guests at our holiday party this year (that's hard to do with holiday games). Especially nice because it wasn't holiday-specific and so everyone was able to get involved and were really competitive about it. Even stumped the older guests! A definite recommendation.

This game kept our Christmas party guests entertained. Guests were fascinated and conversations continued throughout the evening about the game. Participant ages ranged from 70 to 15 years of age. All had a fun time.

My ladies at the party really enjoyed the games I had planned. It is about 35 older gals getting together for supper and entertainment. They love playing word games of all kinds. Because it is christmas, they enjoyed the christmas carol games the most. It got everyone humming and singing.
Great Game

We played this game at a Christmas party that was meeting at a restuarant. It was a fun thing to have the couples work on while waiting for their dinner to be served. I had several comment that they enjoyed the game. A good way to pass the time before we all sat down to eat.
Fun for all ages

We played this game at our family Christmas gathering and everyone was able to participate because the selection of games covered everyone from Granma who is 86 to our youngest family member who was 17! When you no longer have little children around, it is nice to create an air of fun and playing this game had everyone guessing and laughing. Thanks for helping make our Christmas a memorable day.

I am always looking for new games for our annual Christmas party-this game was a complete hit-our guests really liked the challenge as well as the walk back in time on toys.

This activity was a lot more difficult than we expected it to be. Some people enjoyed trying but others became somewhat frustrated.

Great game caused lots of interaction. 10 tables of 8 people, each table was one team. (internet phones caused minor difficulties:-). We purchased a game from each decade as prizes.

Good Game, some people loved it and some didn't but all found the answers to be fun once we were reviewing it. But the crowd was a little young for this game. More for a 30+ crowd.
Guests became very involved..loved it

This game was really fun. When you really think about it it is difficult to think about when these toys were introduced.

I brought this out at a work party I hosted as well as a large family event and both groups enjoyed it immensely. All ages (6 to 76). Prizes for the winners. Lively discussion down memory lane! Lots of people then took it to other events they attended (church, school, etc.) A super hit!

Everyone had a fun time with this game! I would recommend playing as a table challenge for a large group. At our party, the tables played as they were eating and prizes were given out while desserts were served.

Divided our large group into pairs, with each person in the pair representing a different decades. Worked very well, plus they got to know folks they do not socialize with normally.
Very time consuming and difficult

4G Phones had the upper hand

4G employees were googling for answers. If you buy this game, lay down the law up front. No Googling the answers! I was shocked on how many games we still use today for Christmas gifts. Some toys never go out of style.

This game was a great conversation starter in our mixed age group. It was fun to find out who had what toy. It was also an education in pop culture for the naturalized citizens among us.

Fun Icebreaker

I was having a few guests that I didn't know well and that would not have gifts under my tree so I wanted to have a few ice breakers to make everyone comfortable. They especially enjoyed passing the gifts around and trying to answer the trivia questions about when toys were first introduced to the public. Of course, several didn't believe the dates. I'm sure they went home to check the information! I was very pleased with the website. Thanks for helping to make the holiday parties more enjoyable,

How it Works

3 Easy Steps To Printing Your Party Games

print out your game on your home color printer
Pick your game, purchase, and personalize* it by typing your own text right onto the screen.

Print out your game on your color printer, as many printouts as you like, using letter size paper. Then print the answer key.
Gather a few pens and pencils and enjoy your party!

*personalize options different for each game, if available

Rules of Play

Players write the name of the toy under the decade it was introduced into the market.

Mixed Ages Team Play Icebreaker: Split players into teams by varying the ages within each team. Each team then competes to match the toys to the decade they were introduced. When teams have completed the game, read the answers as they score their own game sheet. The team with the most correct answers wins. You'll need more prizes, but it's worth it to see Grandma schooling little Johnny - or - Oh, Snap! Little Johnny schooling Grandma!
