Rules of Play
Players take turns picking out a card and silently acting out (or drawing) the birthday related thing. For pre-reading age, whisper what it is they need to act out (or draw). Players have 60 seconds to guess, and the player who guesses correctly gets the next turn. If no player answers within 60 seconds, then choose someone who has not had a turn to go up next.
For older kids, divide them into two or more teams. One team member silently acts out (or draws) their word and team mates have 60 seconds or less to answer. If they answer correctly, they get 2 points. If they answer incorrectly - yell "Steal" - and the first team to give you the answer gets one point!
